The property is located in a residential area, being built on a relatively small plot of land.

The presence of the hills of the neighboring constructions determined the positioning of the building on the bottom of the plot, which allowed the creation of a generous courtyard in front of the house. The large windows on the ground floor and the arranged terrace make this courtyard to be perceived as an exterior extension of the interior space. A generous terrace has been arranged on the second floor. The cubic volume reminds the early modernist buildings. Inside, the walls are painted in white and the floors are in natural wood and stone.
